STCCA

The Shaolin Temple Cultural Center of Arizona (STCCA) is an officially recognized martial arts and cultural institution, sanctioned by Abbot Shi Yongxin of the renowned Shaolin Temple in Henan, China. As one of the newest additions to a growing network of centers worldwide, STCCA is dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich heritage of Shaolin Kung Fu and the unique traditions of Shaolin culture throughout the United States and beyond.

Our founder, Master Shi Yanqing, is a former monk of the original Shaolin Temple and an esteemed practitioner with deep roots in the tradition. Since establishing the center, Master Yanqing has traveled extensively across Arizona—from Yuma to Sedona—sharing his expertise and passion for Shaolin martial arts with thousands of students.

Since 2010, STCCA has organized nine cultural and training trips to China, providing Arizona students with the rare opportunity to train within the Shaolin Temple itself. We are currently accepting registrations for our 10th trip, scheduled for fall 2027.
